Best Workplaces 2010
Each year, the Great Place to Work® Institute produces Best Companies to Work For lists, representing workplaces in 40 countries around the world, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, India and Korea, with many more to come.
Each list highlights organizations with the best workplaces in a specific country or region of the world, using the same methodology as developed in the U.S. - in which employees are surveyed about the level of trust and quality of relationships that exist between themselves and management.
Based on national lists of Best Workplaces in other countries, Great Place to Work® Institute Canada has launched, in partnership with The Globe and Mail, an annual "Best Workplaces in Canada" List.
Keller Williams Ottawa Realty has been ranked #9 in the 2010 list of Best Workplaces in Canada, as published in the Globe & Mail in April. This marks the 5th consecutive year that KWO has been honoured with this award.
