Amazing experience. Phil was patient with us as we had our previous home for sale privately. Once we knew the sale was going through we were then able to move ahead with the purchase side of things.
The comparables and bulleted points on our properties of interest were very helpful. We also appreciated Phil’s respect with our budget and not trying to get us to bid higher to ensure the purchase would go through. The Osika team made a normally stressful task of buying and selling a home into a very pleasant experience.
Looking for weeks at different open houses in a quest to downsize we met Gerry and were instantly impressed with his quiet knowledgable demeanor. At a loss as to how to proceed with this daunting task of seeking the "perfect Home" Gerry competently directed us as to how to organize our search to date. We felt comfortable enough with him to start looking at places in an area we thought seemed right. To our very pleasant surprise Angie his wife and partner joined us and this team became dynamic.
Geographically the Osikas' were on top of every area and the proposed planning as well as the past challenges of an area.
Our situation was unique in that my husband became very ill and I then became more determined to downsize and here is where the Osika's really shone. They staged my home and due to circumstances even helped me declutter(no little task) Always careful about the health challenges we were facing,  they took the initiative and left very little for me ( if anything)to worry about.
Our house was advertised in all the media channels and we were informed constantly about prospective buyers. I can honestly say no stone was left unturned.

Buying a house was also a challenge, but Gerry and Angie searched diligently on our behalf and were always available to show us a property. I would like to mention that this team often came to the hospital with me to ensure my husband was informed as well.

My wife and I had decided that, upon retiring, we would move to the country. We wanted to find that perfect house in a small, quiet community but first we needed to know what our house in the city was worth. We did not want to sell before finding our new house.
